On admission, we complete a thorough assessment. We look at your history, your health, and what got you here. From that, we build a treatment plan shaped around you, not a template.
A dedicated case manager stays with you the whole way. We coordinate your groups, your therapy, and your care outside our walls. We plan for aftercare early, so the next step is ready when you are.
